What’s new in the 500 and 650 mm ironers?

The engagement system is also more ergonomic, offering an optimal width and angle for introducing linen, as well as a more adhesive belt texture.
The new steam extraction system on the top (previously located at the back) saves space and reduces condensation. A new front inspection hatch, located above the feeding belts, makes it easier to access technical components quickly.
Finally, the folder’s design has been completely revised, making it easier to access linen inside without disassembly, with an optimized linen reception height and a folding system fully managed by inductive sensors for greater reliability. The rear exit also works faster, improving productivity by 20%.
Total control with EASY TOUCH 2
The ironer dryers are controlled by the Easy Touch 2 microprocessor, with a 7” touchscreen, multilingual (37 languages), allowing unlimited programming, production statistics recovery, performance analysis, data retrieval via USB, telemetry, and self-diagnosis for maintenance.
User-friendly and easy to use, it offers numerous features (CARE IRON, HPS, Folding System) and allows precise regulation of ironing speed for better temperature control (cost-efficiency ratio).
Energy efficiency and high output
At the heart of these new models, energy efficiency plays a central role. Thanks to radiant burners, heat is transmitted by convection and radiation, ensuring homogeneous and rapid temperature rise, even at high altitude. The gain is significant: up to 25% more production at the same consumption.
The integrated longitudinal folder saves time, with a folding speed of up to 10 m/min.. Its operation, based on inductive sensors, improves precision and reduces the risk of jamming. Combined with a rear exit, it enables in-line linen management, further improving efficiency.
Smart options for different configurations
The CARE IRON and HPS (High Production System) functions also contribute to the efficiency and flexibility of these models. CARE IRON automatically adjusts ironing speed to the residual moisture of the linen, reducing energy losses and increasing productivity. The HPS system allows ironing speeds of up to 15 m/min, while maintaining optimal finishing quality. Three modes (Quality, Standard, Turbo) make it possible to perfectly adjust performance to the type of linen processed.
Thanks to the three folding modes (auto, semi-auto, advanced), each configuration can be adapted to the specific needs of the laundry. In addition, a front or rear exit, as well as the possibility of integrating a cross-folder and a stacker, ensure great flexibility.
Operator-centered design
Designed for user comfort, the ergonomic design of these new models includes an optimized working height of 1170 mm, a control panel raised to 1445 mm from the floor for better readability, easy-to-clean skinplate panels compliant with RABC standards. The LED lighting system on the feeding belts, available with the folder, indicates the ideal moment to introduce a new sheet, making this machine a safe, intuitive and pleasant tool to use.

Aesthetically identical, these machines remain compact despite their performance, allowing easy installation, including with the integrated folder.
The GII-ET2 model is the most efficient as it integrates, as standard, the most important features in terms of energy savings and productivity: CARE IRON, HPS and radiant burners for the gas-heated model.
The MII-ET2 model offers these functions as options, as well as many others, common to the 650 mm model, making the 500 mm ironer the most flexible.
