AIR-OPERATED PRESSES
High-performance, easy-to-use industrial presses
These automatic presses are extremely easy to use, thanks to their pneumatic operation. Controlled by two push-buttons, they feature a high, adjustable pressure force, as well as two possible plate shapes: the PUN-C universal press is perfect for finishing large parts, while the PUN-C&P press, specially designed for collars and cuffs, completes the shirt finishing process.
These presses are available as stand-alone versions, with built-in electric boiler and compressor, or for connection to an external steam and compressed air network, on request and as required.
PUN-C UNIVERSAL PRESS
- Up steaming lower and upper board.
- Plates dimensions: 1170 x 360 x 220 mm
- Press head controlled by two push buttons
- Built-in vacuum unit
- Air working pressure: 6 – 7 bar
- Steam working pressure: 4 – 5 bar
- Ready to be connected to central steam and air supply (available with or without built-in boiler, with or without built-in air compressor, on request)
PUN-C&P COLLAR AND CUFF PRESS
- Collar and cuffs bucks
- Up steaming lower board
- Polished upper board
- Lowering of the upper buck controlled by two push buttons.
- Built-in vacuum unit
- Air working pressure: 6 – 7 bar
- Steam working pressure: 4 – 5 bar
- Model ready to be connected on central air and steam supply (available with or without built-in boiler, with or without built-in air compressor, on request)
