Our machines are built, to avoid the flow of airborne particles and microorganisms from the less clean room to the clean room, and to retain the particles inside the less clean room.
Our machines might be operated in class D,C,B,A clean rooms, dynamic barrier system could be added (optional). All components and raw material are with smooth finish, mechanical and thermal resistance, not prone to little cracks and crevices, air and water tight.
They resist corrosion and are not retaining particles and micro-organisms.
A monitoring system related to the use of the machine with : collection of parameters, data archiving, alarm warming, alarm archiving, report printing and alarm printing could be added (optional). |
